• Reimagine Field Engineering Onboarding and serve as the technical innovation engine for ramping
• Leverage deep technical expertise to build, ship, and accelerate AI-native onboarding experiences
• Codify what 'great' looks like for a new Field Engineer in an AI-first world — working with FE
• Advance the Field Engineering in-person onboarding experiences and lead the global planning and
• Serve as an advisor and trusted enablement partner to the Solution Engineering early career program.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a GTM role, including solution engineering or solution architecture
• Deep technical skills and strong knowledge of a Field Engineering organization.
• A sharp instinct for field-readiness and the judgment to design a ramp that gets someone there fast.
• Demonstrated ability to own high-impact and scaled programs over time, with outsized outcomes as an
• Experience building technical enablement or internal tools with AI (skills, apps, or content) and
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders
