Technical Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day service management for real-time fraud detection and the bank's centralised
• Develop deep working knowledge of Banks (Retail & Corporate) applications, their services
• Monitor and manage incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring timely triage, escalation, and resolution
• Oversee Pre-Production and Production environments during working hours using Dynatrace, Kibana
• Apply ITIL Service Management principles to continuously improve incident, problem, and change
• Participate in planned out of hours patching and change activities (~2-3 times per month)

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience
• IT Service Management experience in financial services or a regulated environment
• Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• ServiceNow experience
• Familiarity with Linux/RHEL and on-premises hosting
• Comfortable with periodic and planned out-of-hours working
