Technical Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive payment initiatives from idea to implementation across markets, vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, risks, dependencies and delivery plans to ensure successful execution.
• Support the implementation and rollout of payment solutions across H&M's global retail
• Establish and improve ways of working, governance processes and operational routines within Retail
• Facilitate decision-making through clear communication, structure and status reporting.
• Challenge stakeholders and vendors when commitments, timelines or quality expectations are at risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, delivery management or systems integration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams and external
• Understanding of payment systems, POS environments and technical integrations.
• Comfortable driving accountability, following up on commitments and pushing initiatives forward.
• Structured, organized and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong communicator, capable of engaging both technical specialists and senior stakeholders.
