Provide technical support for ongoing biologics manufacturing operations and improvement initiatives
Initiate, develop and execute process improvements
Serve as supporting technical subject matter expert and assist with manufacturing support activities
Support technology transfers for clinical and commercial manufacturing
Address and resolve technical problems under supervision
Perform standard data analysis and identify critical data for manufacturing processes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering discipline
Fresh graduates welcome
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements related to biopharmaceutical manufacturing
Foundation in scientific and engineering principles
Analytical mindset with familiarity in routine statistical methods
Ability to research scientific topics independently
