Technical Engineering Advisor

📋 Description

• Perform routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews
• Analyze part designs and support their optimization to ensure manufacturability
• Communicate with customers by phone, on video calls, and in writing to clarify design and
• Support customer deals of all sizes as part of the Customer Success team
• Collaborate with providers in writing, by phone, and on video calls to resolve manufacturability
• Provide expertise in complaint handling (excluding formal RMA cases)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 3D printing technologies (FDM/FFF, SLA, SLS, MJF, DMLS/SLM)
• Practical experience in additive manufacturing and DFM analysis
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and 3D CAD models
• Ability to independently identify technical risks and propose manufacturing solutions
• Fluent and professional English
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs
