Perform routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for high-end customer orders
Analyze and support optimization of part designs to ensure manufacturability
Conduct customer communication via phone and video calls regarding design and production issues
Maintain written communication with customers for problem-solving and technical clarification
Collaborate with partners and suppliers to resolve manufacturability challenges
Provide expertise in complaint handling (excluding formal RMA cases)

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal manufacturing
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal)
Experience with technical drawings and design-related problem solving
Fluent and professional English
Fluent and professional German
