We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Engineering Advisor / DFM Engineer to support product development and manufacturing processes. You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring manufacturability and successful transition into production.

Perform routine DFM reviews for high-end customer orders
Analyze and optimize part designs for manufacturability
Conduct customer calls on design and production issues
Maintain written customer communication for problem-solving
Collaborate with partners to resolve manufacturability challenges
Provide expertise in complaint handling (non-RMA)

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal manufacturing
Fluent and professional English
Fluent and professional German
