🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle AE in enterprise or upper/mid-market
• Proven track record closing $100-300K+ ACV deals
• Comfortable with 6-12 month procurement cycles
• No SDR/SE support; can run full-cycle deals independently
• Deep technical fluency in dev tools, data infra, or cloud platforms
• Able to explain CDC, Kafka, VPCs, and related concepts
