📋 Description

• Handle escalations with deep technical expertise across Linux, Windows, and MacOS.
• Lead technical calls, investigate complex agent-related issues across deployment, performance, and
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to close gaps and shape platform evolution.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, mentor teams, and run learning sessions.
• Own both the technical landscape and customer experience for Agent.
• Navigate Docker/Kubernetes environments and use APIs, YAML/JSON for configs.
