📋 Description

• Hybrid role; collaborate with Engineering and Product to refine our platform.
• Handle high-stakes technical escalations and guide customers to solutions.
• Mentor Global Support Engineering team and drive learning sessions.
• Own investigations across authentication, authorization, and visualization stack.
• Coordinate multi-team investigations and develop internal tooling for TSEs.
• Shape product direction and improve platform reliability and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with authentication standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot access, dashboards, and visualization issues.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale authorization and audit practices.
• Comfort with data visualization and end-to-end graph troubleshooting.
