Technical Event Producer - Northern Europe

📋 Description

• Manage a range of technical and administrative processes, including pre-production logistics
• Assess the proposed technical rider and propose eventual changes/modifications in line with
• Ongoing assessment of production requirements to identify efficiencies for upcoming seasons.
• Build and maintain production budgets throughout the feasibility, sign off and operational stages
• Monitor local operational spends and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage invoices and close event P&Ls.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
• Fluent English and preferably one of 5 Nordic Languages (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish
• Ability to manage multiple projects and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized
• Strong network of vendors and venues.
• Understanding of technical production requirements.
• Familiarity with permitting processes.
