Technical Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation for new partners — from kickoff through launch and early post-go-live support
• Diagnose root cause when implementations break — data mapping, config, API/integration, or product gap
• Read logs, API responses, and system behavior to discuss with engineering
• Lead technical conversations with partner IT, engineering teams, and EHR vendors
• Write and run scripts or queries (SQL, Python) to test integrations before escalating
• Own the technical relationship with partner engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical implementation, integration engineering, or solutions consulting
• Strong technical troubleshooting instincts — API docs, logs, and system architecture
• Ability to write and run scripts or queries (SQL, Python) to test integrations
• A track record of being the technical bridge between engineering/product and external partners
• Comfort debugging directly with a partner's engineers on calls
• Ability to explain complex technical or clinical ideas in plain language
