📋 Description

• Own customer implementations from handoff by Solutions Engineering through successful production
• Establish and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and target
• Lead customer implementation kickoffs and establish clear governance and ways of working for the
• Guide customers through integration with BVNK's APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and payment
• Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout implementation while ensuring alignment
• Coordinate testing, sandbox integration, configuration, certification, operational readiness, and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, and software
• Experience in technical implementation, delivery, integration management, professional services
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure and payment flows; experience with stablecoins
• Proven ability to manage complex customer implementations involving multiple technical and business
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to establish plans, manage
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with Engineering and Product teams to
