Create and maintain training materials, labs, and docs.
Lead live demos, guided labs, and practical exercises.
Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure clear, aligned content.
Develop and update certification exams and assessments.
Troubleshoot Workato platform issues during training.

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in SaaS/iPaaS roles (training, solutions Eng, or consulting).
Hands-on with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc).
Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, data transformation.
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
Experience delivering technical training or enablement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
