Technical Integration Manager

📋 Description

• Own the technical customer journey across implementation, launch, post-launch support, and
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements, guide integrations
• Support customers throughout technical discovery, onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and determine whether problems originate from the product
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate technical issues, communicate
• Identify recurring customer challenges and translate them into clear, actionable feedback for

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience working with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software
• Proven ability to own or support technical relationships with enterprise customers across
• Hands-on experience with technical customer onboarding, API implementation, troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of APIs and the ability to diagnose and communicate integration issues
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical explanations for both
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, product, account management, and customer teams.
