📋 Description

• Lead enterprise customers through technical discovery, API implementation, integration, launch, and
• Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and determine whether issues relate to product
• Own technical customer relationships and ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate technical issues and influence
• Gather recurring customer pain points and translate them into clear, actionable feedback for
• Help establish repeatable processes for technical onboarding, integration support, troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience working with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software
• Experience owning or supporting technical relationships with enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience across customer lifecycle stages such as technical discovery, pre-sales, API
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Account Management, or Customer Success
