Technical Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Help merchants integrate and go live with Payoneer Checkout (API/SDK)
• Troubleshoot payment gateway, API, plugin and checkout issues
• Assist merchants with API integrations, webhooks and platform configurations
• Analyze transaction flows to identify root causes and solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and CS to resolve cases
• Support product feature rollouts and operational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Solid understanding of web tech (HTTP/HTTPS, CORS, cookies, JSON/XML)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Customer-centric mindset with ownership and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
