Technical Integration Specialist (AMER)

📋 Description

• Onboarding support: guide customers through integration.
• API and library education: guide integration with APIs and libraries.
• Troubleshooting: resolve integration issues with Customer Success teams.
• Index configuration: configure catalogs, facets, and sorting.
• Communication: liaison with customers and tech teams.
• Process improvement: document issues and improve onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in customer or technical support.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Excellent communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to exceptional support.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive resolution.
• Able to support between 2pm-10pm UTC (9am-5pm ET).
