Technical Integration Specialist (APAC)

📋 Description

• Onboarding support: guide customers through integration.
• API and library education: guidance on integrating with APIs.
• Troubleshooting: resolve integration issues with Customer Success teams.
• Index configuration: configure catalogs, facets, searchability, sorting.
• Communication: liaison between customers and technical resources.
• Process improvement: document interactions and improve onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in customer or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; explain concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to exceptional customer support.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Able to support between 1pm–8pm PST (UTC-7).
