• Onboarding support: guide customers through integration.
• API and library guidance: help integrate with Constructor APIs.

• Index configuration: configure catalogs, facets, search and sort.
• Communication: liaison between customers and technical resources.
• Process improvement: document issues and improve onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in customer or technical support.
• REST-based web services, APIs, integration basics.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain tech to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Able to support customers and team members in European timezones.
