Technical Integrations Manager

📋 Description

• Detailed planning: manage kickoffs, milestones and key account communications.
• Technical integration ownership: end-to-end integration, test planning, UAT, go-live.
• Lifecycle management: rollout plans, go-live criteria, owners, issue tracking.
• Stakeholder management: align external/internal teams and advocate for stakeholders.
• Process optimisation: identify improvements and implement changes across teams.
• Analyse partner feedback and assist Product prioritisation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Integrations or Programme Management.
• Technical understanding; communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of API integration lifecycle.
• Ability to manage technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
