Lead migrations, release management, rollout planning and deployment.
Support engineering practices enabling effective delivery.
Lead engineers with regular 1:1s, coaching and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on engineer proficient in Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines.
Led technical delivery with code review and design guidance.
Managed and grew engineers; 1:1s, coaching and feedback.
Experience with multi-tenant or white-label apps.
Delivery of production apps, migrations or modernization.
SDK and API integrations knowledge.
