Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the development, validation, verification, and implementation of new organic and inorganic
• Research and introduce new analytical technologies, instrumentation, and testing capabilities
• Conduct non-routine investigations, method development studies, and complex data evaluations
• Prepare and review validation packages and technical documentation to support accreditation
• Lead submissions to INAB for scope extensions and support accreditation assessments
• Provide advanced technical expertise, troubleshooting, and scientific guidance across laboratory

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a UKAS/INAB 17025 Laboratory
• Experience with ICP-MS, ICP-OES, Gallery/Kone or other automated photometric analyser, Ion
• 5 years experience in method development, method optimisation and validation
• Ability to research and advise on emerging technologies and method improvements
• Ability to develop new inorganic analytical techniques
• Proven track record of training and knowledge sharing in scientific techniques within commercial
