Technical Lead - Consumer Experience

📋 Description

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for consumer services and APIs
• Architect, build, and modernize backend and frontend systems using React, Golang, and AWS
• Lead design reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Shape quarterly roadmaps balancing modernization with high-impact features
• Mentor engineers through pairing, feedback, and one-on-one guidance
• Partner with product, operations, and risk to align goals with technical execution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience leading tech efforts or small teams guided by data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in React and Golang, with legacy C#/.Net support
• Strong database skills in SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Comfort with TypeScript, AWS, containers, and event-driven systems
