📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager
• Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of MEV services and Ethereum mempool transaction
• Define and deliver product offerings designed to maximize validator gains and profitability
• Collaborate with DeFi searchers to develop tools and services that improve trading execution
• Contribute hands-on code to the Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) and related services
• Ensure backend systems deliver high performance, scalability, and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing an engineering team, including mentoring developers and
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable distributed backend
• 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain engineering
• Deep proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex technical
