📋 Description

• Directly lead and develop a distributed engineering pod spanning the United States and Latin
• Build trust with experienced senior engineers by combining strong technical judgment with active
• Evolve the team's software development lifecycle, including Agile practices and an AI-assisted
• Own the architecture of Next.js applications supporting core case and workflow management, as well
• Drive the modernization of legacy Flask and jQuery systems toward a modern technology stack based
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI agent workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience formally leading or managing an engineering team with direct reports
• Experience leading distributed and blended engineering teams across multiple countries and time
• At least 7 years of experience building and scaling production-grade web applications, with recent
• Strong full-stack engineering background with an emphasis on backend and infrastructure, including
• Experience with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and/or Go.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure, including Lambda, S3, ECS, and RDS.
