Technical Lead Engineer, UAV Development

📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering integration across mechanical, electrical, thermal, avionics and
• Define Interface Control Documents and maintain traceability from system to subsystems.
• Lead verification and validation from simulation through to flight tests.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a technical lead in aerospace, robotics or UAV development with strong mechanical
• Define and manage system-level requirements; establish design reviews (PDR/CDR) and ensure design
• Familiarity with Jama/DOORS, V-model processes, and DO-160/ARP4754 aviation standards; experience
• Strong proficiency in hardware/software integration and interface management; led risk assessments
• Hands-on CAD/PLM experience (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Teamcenter) and familiarity with ECAD/MCAD
• Ability to define verification strategies and work with suppliers/customers to meet programme
