📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end Five9 design and TELUS standards.
  • Configure and implement Five9 across voice, digital, and outbound.
  • Design/build integrations using Five9 APIs to CRM/UC stacks.
  • Implement Five9 AI capabilities to drive automation.
  • Provide technical direction; support SIT/UAT/go-live.
  • Produce as-built docs and handover to client ops teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years CCaaS implementation with Five9.
  • Hands-on Five9 configuration across IVR/Studio, ACD, routing, campaigns, and dialer.
  • Experience designing/integrating Five9 APIs, web services, CRM connectors.
  • Comfortable in customer-facing settings with pre-sales demos/POC/estimation.
  • Strong solution design; lead engineers; familiarity with Five9 reporting/QA/WFO.
  • Web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and data formats (JSON/XML/REST); Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
