Technical Lead for Test Automation

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of the E2E test automation framework, including orchestration
• Guide Jenkins/DevOps developers, review technical designs, challenge implementation approaches, and
• Manage implementation planning, scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery
• Collaborate with business and automation SMEs to define, prioritize, and validate automated
• Oversee integration of existing automation frameworks (Selenium, Karate, pytest, Tosca, GitHub
• Ensure test data availability, input/output parameter handling, and coordinated automation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven technical leadership experience, including managing developers and leading technical
• Strong project and delivery management skills, including planning, estimation, risk management, and
• Strong hands-on test automation background, including E2E testing, integration testing, and
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices, including automated pipelines, source control
• Experience with system integration, including REST APIs, CLI-based execution, integration adapters
• Knowledge of test environments and test data management, including dependencies across
