Technical Lead, Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end identity program from IDP to PAM for AI agents.
• Define long-term IAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Drive Zero Trust with least-privilege across identity systems.
• Automate identity lifecycle beyond IGA (JML) processes.
• Implement RBAC and centralized secrets management across cloud and on-prem.
• Own authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0) and SSO.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in identity engineering or security engineering.
• Hands-on cloud architecture experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Led complex cross-functional IAM programs from design to production.
• LDAP/AD, IDPs, federation, and SAML/OIDC/OAuth 2.0.
• Zero Trust, PAM, and secrets management platforms.
• IGA tooling and governance; non-human/machine identity mgmt.
