Lead IT Systems Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Manage endpoint/MDM platforms such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, Intune or equivalent.
Own IT Asset Management including procurement, inventory, allocation, tracking, lifecycle, and
Manage SSO, MFA, IAM, user provisioning, and access management.
Administer enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, and other
Drive IT security, compliance, patching, endpoint protection, and access governance.

🎯 Requirements

10–12 years of experience in IT Systems Administration / IT Operations.
Strong Windows/macOS administration and troubleshooting experience.
Hands-on experience with MDM, IAM, SSO, and endpoint security.
Strong IT Asset and SaaS License Management experience.
Good knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise IT systems.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar ITSM tools.
