🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years backend engineering, 4+ years leading teams or initiatives
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices design
• Event-driven architectures with AWS (Kinesis, SQS, SNS)
• Distributed transactions, saga patterns, and orchestration
• Strong AWS architecture: API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, compute, networking, security
• Observability strategies with monitoring, tracing, and alerting
