🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years software development experience; 2+ years as Technical Lead (financial services)
  • Expert hands-on Java and Spring Boot; microservices
  • Experience building on Azure (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions)
  • Strong SQL/NoSQL, messaging (Kafka), containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Agile/Scrum experience; excellent communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
