Technical Lead, Lending & Savings

📋 Description

• Lead engineering direction for Lending & Savings platform in crypto consumer products.
• Define architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, reliable systems.
• Remain hands-on with production code and review critical changes.
• Drive engineering best practices across design, testing, deployment, observability, and operations.
• Collaborate with Business Lead and cross-functional teams to translate product goals into technical
• Own delivery of technical initiatives from design to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend experience with Kotlin or Java.
• Experience designing distributed, event-driven systems (Kafka or similar).
• PostgreSQL and relational DB design knowledge.
• Redis or other NoSQL experience; microservices, APIs, cloud-native apps.
• Monitoring, observability, incident response, and production operations experience.
• Proven track record shipping reliable production systems for financial transactions.
