Technical Lead, Machine Learning

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale production ML systems for AI applications.
• Own infra to train, deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs in production.
• Develop and maintain training pipelines, eval frameworks, and data workflows.
• Fine-tune foundation models using LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, and DPO.
• Optimize inference performance, latency, reliability, and GPU utilization.
• Build high-quality datasets and robust evaluation processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production ML systems used by real users.
• Strong Python skills with PyTorch or JAX.
• Practical experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference.
• Deep understanding of ML infrastructure, distributed training, and GPU computing.
• Experience designing ML pipelines, deployment workflows, and monitoring.
• Experience leading or guiding ML teams is highly desirable.
