🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years building large-scale, user-facing systems in production.
• 3+ years of managing teams delivering high-concurrency, low-latency UIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React; ability to navigate frontend architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong software engineering principles: patterns, data structures, algorithms, system design.
