Technical Lead Manager - Fleet Connect

📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction and delivery of the Interface team within Fleet Connect.
• Guide design and execution of software connecting Apollo to customer workflows, dashboards, and
• Balance hands-on development with technical leadership across frontend, backend, and integration
• Shape architecture of the Interface platform and engineering practices for scalable production
• Collaborate with product, hardware, systems, and UX teams to deliver reliable software at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level Python and TypeScript; C++ a plus.
• Frontend: React or modern frameworks with component-based architecture.
• Backend: REST APIs, microservices, gRPC/Protobuf for distributed systems.
• Industrial protocols: OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP (PLC/safety integrations).
• Enterprise integration: REST, MQTT, AMQP, Kafka for WMS/ERP workflows.
• Infrastructure: Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker; strong production deployment experience.
