🎯 Requirements

BS/MS/PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, EE/ME/AE, or a related quantitative field
5+ years of industry experience building safety-critical motion planning, decision making
Demonstrated experience taking robotics behavior from development into real-world operation
Strong C++; solid math (geometry, optimization, probability) and physics (kinematics, dynamics)
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring or managing engineers; able to set direction
