📋 Description

• Leadership of Production Engineering team—software support, site reliability, hardware
• Own last-mile integration of subsystems into a working humanoid and FAT delivery at Robot Park and
• Champion on-site deployment, bring-up, and commissioning for internal and external customers.
• Establish standards, tooling, and on-call practices for fleet reliability in field conditions.
• Own deployment rollout, observability, and decision-driven rollout (canary, staged, cascading).

• Proven technical leadership and ownership of delivery for complex, cross-disciplinary systems.
• Hands-on field deployment, integration, and commissioning of complex hardware/software systems
• Strong systems breadth: Linux, networking (DDS/UDP/TCP), provisioning/configuration (Ansible)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to represent the team to leadership and
• Willingness to travel up to 25% during active deployments.
• Formal people-management experience—hiring, developing, and directing a team.
