Technical Lead, Mining Autonomy Platform

📋 Description

• Lead technical direction for the Autonomy Platform and mentor engineers.
• Define roadmap with autonomy product team for milestones and customer needs.
• Own low-level vehicle controls interface, drive-by-wire integration, and system ID.
• Build and maintain health monitoring, diagnostics, telemetry, networking, and OTA deployment.
• Drive 0→1 bring-up of new mining platforms, hardware to software integration.
• Define and uphold reliability, safety, and scalability standards for production fleets.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in embedded systems, robotics, or autonomous vehicle software.
• Proven experience leading a tech team or acting as a technical lead.
• Hands-on robotics actuation: CAN, drive-by-wire, or similar interfaces.
• Experience building health monitoring, telemetry, diagnostics, or deployment systems.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded & real-time systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE/EE or related field.
