Technical Lead-Power Apps and Power Automate

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the technical team responsible for Power Apps and Power Automate support cases.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for complex issues involving Canvas and model-driven apps
• Troubleshoot data sources, connectors, authentication, refresh failures, connector limits
• Diagnose Dataverse configuration, relationships, security roles, row-level permissions, business
• Resolve Power Automate issues involving triggers, run history, expressions, dynamic content, loops
• Support Power Automate Desktop and RPA issues, including machine registration, unattended

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead role with demonstrated team-management responsibilities.
• 3+ years of practical experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate in real-world
• Hands-on experience with both Canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, environments, Power Platform security, licensing, and
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret error messages, run histories
• Experience handling technical escalations in a customer-facing support, service desk, or SLA-driven
