🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering experience with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role; Python expertise.
• AI application development experience and Agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Agentspace).
• Direct client experience translating technical requirements.
• Proven Kubernetes experience for container orchestration.
• CI/CD experience with Terraform, Helm, and cloud-native IaC.
• Observability with OpenTelemetry (OTel) and related tooling.
