🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in IT with QA, testing strategies, automation.
• 4+ years leading QA teams on large-scale testing.
• QA automation: Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete; Python/Java/C#.
• AI tools familiarity: Claude Code, Cursor.
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience; stakeholder management.
