📋 Description

• Lead QA strategy deployment in collaboration with Product Development Manager.
• Oversee test management, design and execution of testing frameworks.
• Drive automation strategy with Architect's tech roadmap.
• Foster cross-functional QA alignment with development and product teams.
• Develop QA culture, mentor team members and quality leadership.
• Identify and lead QA process improvements and innovative practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years IT experience with testing strategies and automation.
• 4+ years leadership in QA; leading large-scale testing.
• QA automation: Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete; Python/Java/C#.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Familiar with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication with senior management.
