Technical Lead React & .NET

📋 Description

• Own the technical delivery of React and .NET projects, covering solution architecture, component
• Contribute hands-on production code for complex or high-risk areas while establishing engineering
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding and testing standards, provide constructive technical feedback
• Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, security, accessibility, scalability, and
• Identify and manage technical debt, maintaining visibility of remediation priorities and
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software delivery experience using React and the .NET stack
• Proven experience leading engineering teams to deliver software against committed schedules
• Hands-on experience working directly with international clients, particularly US-based
• Strong experience across the full Agile software development lifecycle, including requirements
• Advanced knowledge of React, including hooks, component composition, state management solutions
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience using modern development tooling
