🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and delivering production
• Strong professional experience with Ruby on Rails, including at least 6 years of production-level
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team.
• Excellent technical judgment and deep code-review capabilities.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI-native development tools, particularly Cursor and Claude Code.
• Strong understanding of integrating AI-powered tools into software development while maintaining
