Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails, AI-Native)

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain a strong engineering culture
• Set and uphold technical standards for code quality, maintainability, reliability, and consistency
• Champion AI-native software development practices, ensuring tools like Cursor and Claude Code are
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of four developers
• Guide architectural and technical decisions for scalable, maintainable solutions
• Review AI-assisted development workflows and outputs for quality and security

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in production software systems
• Strong professional experience with Ruby on Rails (6+ years production)
• Experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team
• Excellent technical judgment and code-review capabilities
• Daily hands-on experience with Cursor and Claude Code
• Understanding of integrating AI tools while maintaining quality
