📋 Description

• Establish and maintain a strong engineering culture, defining how the development team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience building, maintaining, and delivering production
• At least 6 years of production-level experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small engineering team.
• Excellent technical judgment and deep code-review capabilities.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI-native development tools, particularly Cursor and Claude Code
• Strong understanding of integrating AI-powered tools into software development while maintaining
