📋 Description

  • Lead and manage cross-functional software teams (Frontend/Backend/QA/DevOps).
  • Deliver secure, scalable UI, API, and data persistence systems on cloud.
  • Drive fast feedback with CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation.
  • Architect and implement Java-based microservices; contribute hands-on.
  • Collaborate with remote/offshore teams and run Agile ceremonies.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaC for service architecture.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering with SDLC knowledge and Agile leadership.
  • Strong hands-on Java and Java-based microservices expertise.
  • Frontend/UI experience (React/Angular/TypeScript/NodeJS) a plus.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to define service architecture.
  • AWS and/or Azure development/deployment experience with microservices.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, retros).
  • Experience leading remote/offshore cross-functional teams.
