Technical Leader

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers with strong practices and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Architect and maintain backend APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS/Express.
• Design systems for availability, performance, security, and zero-downtime deployment.
• Own backend direction and roadmap balancing delivery with maintainability.
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, incidents, and performance tuning.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend development, 4+ years in technical leadership/lead engineer role.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS/Express.js experience.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational DBs, data modeling, query optimization.
• Cloud infra (AWS preferred), containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code.
• Event-driven architectures, messaging, asynchronous processing; Kafka a plus.
